This platform was initiated by a couple in Bremgarten to provide multi-level access to yoga classes that inspire those who seek Ashtanga or Hatha instruction. We aim to grow as a collaboration of practitioners who teach to resolve injury and discomfort in the body through habitual yoga practice and ayurvedic principles.
